About The Talk

Selenium 4 has arrived! Selenium 4.0 was designed as a "drop-in" replacement for Selenium 3. It includes new features you may not be familiar with, all of which are intended to make your tests more flexible, capable, and observable.

In terms of future big additions, the Selenium project is collaborating with browser vendors to develop the WebDriver BiDirectional Protocol to provide a stable, cross-browser API that uses bidirectional functionality useful for browser automation in general and testing in particular. In this talk, you will learn about Selenium 4 and the future of Selenium.
