He has also focused on incubating & industrializing next generation skills & capabilities of the future. He is an active speaker in various forums and conferences globally. At LTIMindtree, Manish leads Technology Office for Quality Engineering Services (QES) over-seeing Platform Ecosystem, AI Assurance Capability. He is also responsible for Banking & Financial Services Portfolio. He is based out Pune, India.

With over two decades of IT experience, she holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and a postgraduate degree in AI & ML from the University of Austin. Richa is a career coach and active promoter of women's influence in QA. A Rotary member for seven years, she served as the first female President of Rotary Bangalore Lakeside in 2020. She has worked with leading companies like Hewlett Packard and Oracle and founded two startups, RideAlly Travels and OpCord Technologies.

Subba Lakshmi Ramaswamy is a Managing Director at Accenture’s Cloud, Infrastructure, and Engineering practice, bringing nearly two decades of global experience across Europe, North America, and India. As the lead for Accenture’s Quality Engineering practice in North America, she drives strategy, talent development, and delivery, transforming client teams with AI-powered NextGen Quality Engineering models. She also leads Accenture's Apprentice program in the Northeast, expanding opportunities for underrepresented talent. A passionate advocate for Inclusion and Diversity, Subba actively coaches Accenture’s women leadership development program. She holds a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Electronics from Bangalore University and lives in Metuchen, NJ, with her family.
