Mobin Thomas is the Global Head of Quality Engineering at UST, with over 21 years of experience in leading and delivering Business and IT Transformation. He has extensive expertise in managing teams across large-scale transformation programs, implementing high-impact strategies, best practices, and solutions in Enterprise Automation, Quality Engineering, and technology delivery. Before joining UST, Mobin held various roles in sales, innovation, and delivery at Infosys.

Rani Priya

Rani Priya is a seasoned Quality Engineering practitioner with over two decades of distinguished experience in Quality Engineering (QE) . She possesses expertise in domains like BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) and numerous other industry verticals , guiding their digital transformation journeys through QE. Passionate about QE-led transformation, Rani has mentored high-performing teams in both product and service domains. Currently, she is leading the QE Practice Delivery for Wipro's customers across industry verticals in the Americas. In her leisure time, she enjoys Carnatic music and traveling to the mountains.

Rutvik Mrug

Rutvik is currently Director and QA Technology leader at Cognizant with around 20 years of experience in development and quality engineering. Rutvik is pioneer in capability for new age technology (like Gen AI, Cloud, AR/VR, etc…). He owns research and engineering team who are responsible to build product and accelerators for Cognizant QE&A. This helps in building thought leadership and value add for customers seeking for transforming their QE&A . Prior to this role, Rutvik has played various role including transformation lead, Automation architect, Pre-sales team lead, etc.. Rutvik is also active in various technology conference as various capacity include presenter and jury.

With over two decades of IT industry experience, Satish integrates advanced technologies and quality practices to enhance efficiency and deliver innovative solutions. He oversees client engagements, guiding them through digital transformation journeys and leveraging AI and ML to solve complex business challenges. Satish's expertise includes embedding AI and ML into business processes, implementing comprehensive quality engineering practices, and driving large-scale transformation projects. He is committed to continuous learning, mentoring young professionals, and fostering technological innovation.

Suraj Jadhav

Suraj Jadhav is a seasoned professional on Quality Engineering and Site Reliability, working with customers for over 15 years spanning global Automotive, Healthcare, Telecom, and eCommerce clients. His primary focus areas include ERP, Enterprise Datawarehouse, Cloud Adoption & Migration, Analytics & Business Intelligence, Mobile & Web Apps, AI & ML, RPA, Chatbots, and other evolving technologies. Suraj has a Post Graduate Diploma in e-Business from the Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (WeSchool), Mumbai.
