About the Speakers

Anish Ohri

Anish Ohri heads Quality Engineering at Trepp as Director of Quality Engineering. He is a seasoned technology leader with a diverse background in software engineering, product management, and business strategy. With over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, he has made significant contributions to the development and growth of numerous cutting-edge products and solutions. Anish holds diverse experience in SaaS, PaaS, ERP, CRM, Micro-services, DevOps, Web, Blockchain, mobile platforms in Publishing, Finance, Multimedia, e-commerce, Gaming, and Enterprise Software industry.

Manish Mitra

Manish is a Quality Engineering nerd , having a deep understanding of building and deploying quality software to the customer hands. Throughout his career , Manish has been heavily engaged in open-source platforms like puppeteer and Playwright. He has been a strong advocate of balancing the right balance between “Shift-Left and Shifting Right” strategies. Nowadays He speaks more about testing event driven systems, GRPC constructs and especially Contract Testing.

Todd Lemmonds

Todd Lemmonds is a visionary in the software quality assurance field with more than 20 years’ experience working in various vertices in the industry. His approach to software quality is simple…test early and test often…which drives his shift left testing strategies. This includes approaches to getting testers involved during the refinement stages of story creation, implementing the right tests into an automated pipeline, and making sure the right test types are inserted at the appropriate times of the development lifecycle. When asking him what the most important thing is he wants to accomplish, he says “I want to build a place where testers enjoy coming to work, and they have all the opportunities to grow their skills for today’s software development environment.” Outside of work, Todd is a loving husband, a father of six, loves cooking and traveling.

Robert Gonzalez is currently Vice President of Engineering at SugarCRM, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) software company. At SugarCRM, he leverages his extensive experience in organizational leadership and engineering expertise to steer the company's engineering initiatives and drive innovation within the CRM domain. Leading a talented team of professionals, Robert plays a pivotal role in shaping the development and enhancement of SugarCRM's cutting-edge products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction. With his unwavering commitment to excellence and a passion for making a difference, Robert continues to be a driving force in SugarCRM's ongoing success and expansion in the competitive market.

Seema Prabhu

Seema Prabhu is Director of Quality at Hudl. A passionate quality advocate, responsible for setting up the team(s) and establishing a culture of quality across the organisation. Her focus is on leadership, establishing sustainable processes, building high performance teams, coaching and mentoring teams and individuals. She shares experiences and her thoughts about testing, providing thought leadership, exploring the use of tools to make testing better and efficient. She is a Certified Agile Coach, which enables her to coach and mentor teams to embed the good agile practices in projects. Seema is also a speaker at various meetups and conferences where she shares her knowledge with the testing community.
