As the Head of Testing at UST Product Engineering, Asmita leads a team of skilled testing professionals, driving excellence in testing practices and ensuring the reliability and performance of software applications. As a firm believer in continuous improvement, she keeps abreast of emerging trends and industry best practices in testing and quality assurance, institutionalizing the same across the organization, defining best practices, and working with testers on their career journey. With her expertise in the field, she is committed to ensuring that the highest quality standards are met for our customers and that the organization continues to grow and thrive. Asmita is based out of Pune and enjoys spending time with her 9-year-old daughter. She has a creative side, and I love creating miniatures out of clay and paper, which is a relaxing and fulfilling hobby.

He has over two decades of experience working for Tier 1 companies and has led quality engineering transformation, creation of NextGen solutions, and co-innovation with strategic partners across the globe. Vikul has worked with customers across different sectors and brings unique domain-specific knowledge. He has held key technologist roles ranging from CTO to Head of Engineering in companies like HP and Cognizant, with key focus on AI/ML, DevOps, Agile, Digital Engineering, Cloud and Business Service Automation.
