How to use afterAnyAlertCall method of org.openqa.selenium.support.events.Interface WebDriverListener class

First of all you need to import the proper drivers into the project/class.

like

The you need to create new Webdrivers for the broswer you need.

etc for each browser.

NOTE: It is tough to use different browsers/drivers in a single test. Either you may use similar tests for each browser and maintain a test-suite (i.e. use one driver and import in a test and maintain similar test for other browsers) or you can use some config files or excel to pick up which browser you want the test to run. You might like to explore http://htmlunit.sourceforge.net/ for headless testing.

As the exact answer for my own question "Selenium WebDriver get Current frame" I found the following way to do it.

JavascriptExecutor jsExecutor = (JavascriptExecutor)driver;
String currentFrame = jsExecutor.executeScript("return self.name");

But in here, the JavascriptExecutor execute the command every time to get the current frame. So if I consider the performance, I would like to choose #Saurabh Gaur's answer as the best answer . I hope my answer would be helpful to someone else :-)

I Just did a small test, with my current version, with a global variable and with the js command help.

[Time collected (ms) on perfoming actions in 4 different elements in 2 nested iframes 1000 times. (4000 find element actions in total) ]

So the current performance with my "Switching default everytime" is not bad at all :D

As per this issue and this pull request (and tested, of course):

The constant above is at org.openqa.selenium.phantomjs.PhantomJSDriverService.PHANTOMJS_PAGE_CUSTOMHEADERS_PREFIX.

Don't forget to change the language from it-IT to whatever you need.

These cases are usually when Firefox & Selenium are a little "out of sync" in terms of compatibility.

You should try two things: update Selenium to the latest one and/or downgrade Firefox. Keeping an eye on the Selenium Release Notes

Unfortunately, WebDriver can't handle these (or any other browser or OS dialog). Moreover, they tend to look differently across browsers / systems / language settings, so there's probably no definite answer. You'll need to detect and handle every possible case in order to make it work everywhere. Your options include:

• The Robot class, it allows you to "press" programatically anything on the keyboard (or clicking blindly) and therefore getting rid of the dialog by, say, pressing Enter or Esc. However, as told above, any advanced interaction is dependant on OS / language / printer.

• AutoIt. It's a Windows program useful for handling any system-level automation. Same dependancy as above.

That's more or less it. If you can avoid the print dialog, try to take screenshot of the page and print it using standard Java tools.

I was seeing the same issue. The problem only appears when using Chrome 65 (currently: dev channel). With Chrome 64 (both stable channel and beta channel) everything worked fine.

It turns out I had an old chromedriver installed. Specifically, I was using chrome=65.0.3325.51 with chromedriver=2.29.461585. Running npm install -g chromedriver bumped chromedriver to 2.35.528157 and now the problem is solved.

TL;DR: run npm install -g chromedriver

It is possible to wait for one of two elements in the page using ExpectedConditions.or():

You can also do an OR with a CSS selector using a comma ,:

You are making a new reference for WebDriver in your Screenshot class. This WebDriver is never instantiated, thus will give you a NullPointerException. Instead you should pass the WebDriver instance as a parameter to the method.
