I have come up with a solution in Node js puppeteer and I think it work the same way in python. As far as why the button isn't being pressed, I have no idea. But, what does work is entering an address and then clicking the first address suggestion.

crawling_{201904307} is not a valid name for a function name in python. Method names can only contain alpha-numeric characters and underscores.

It looks like you're trying to run python -m playwright install as python code rather than a shell command. Try running !python -m playwright install to signal to jupyter that this a shell command rather than python code. Use the ! prefix anytime you need to run a shell command on your environment in jupyter.
